Online user registration ensures complete and valid user data. AD Center
Configure software to work way you need. You can set number of records to
show in Cool and New coupons sections. You can set cost per day to charge
advertising agencies for posting coupons, or you can run free service. You
can also set taxes if applicable. You can change header and footer for
outgoing mail messages and invoice layout.
Manage categories: you can add and remove categories
Ability to set individual service price for each agency
General stats: allow you to see global stats for coupons and also for each
category
Agencies management: you can approve/reject new agencies, delete
agencies, disable/enable agencies, get agencies list, agencies info, login to
agencies section for each registered agency, also you can search agency by
agency name, address, email.
Coupons management: you can approve/reject new coupons, delete
coupons, get coupons list, coupons info, also you can search coupon by
coupon ID/invoice #, coupon title, coupon description.
Database management: you can backup databases, install or delete backups,
download SQL dump, reset all databases (to startover), remove old coupons
from database
Mailing list: you can send newsletter to all agencies or visitors, also you can
download list of email addresses for using in your own maillist application
CouponMaker module: allow to create coupons online. Has powerful tools,
fonts library, clipart and background library. User can make coupon as easy
as 1-2-3. Admin can disable this feature.
Agency can edit agency info (address, phone, URL).
Companybook: allow agencies to add multiple companies to run campaigns
for different companies using 1 account. Agency can add/remove/edit
companies in own book.
Coupons management: allow to add new coupons for any company from
companybook, edit coupon info, remove coupon. Also agency can get stats
for any coupon, reissue invoice to email address and pay for your service
online by credit card. Agency can get coupons list for each company, and
reupload graphics for each campaign.
Information for advertisers: agency can get URL to check stats and CCN#
range for each campaign and then deliver this information to companies -
this way they can check stats online and check if printed coupon is valid.
